RETURNS: Before you purchase please double, triple check- sizes, color, items, & shipping address. If you notice a problem with your order, contact us right away! Once items have shipped, there is no way to fix any issues. Wrong sizes, colors, & items purchased are responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPPING: Purchases are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) When your order has shipped, you will receive a Tracking # to the Email you provided. If you did not pay for shipping- your order is shipped the cheapest way. Some orders may NOT have a tracking number. By purchasing- you are agreeing to these terms. Please give us 3-5 business days to ship out orders. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays OR Holidays - will go out the next business week. We do not ship Weekends or Holidays.
PACKAGE: Once your order has shipped, it is no longer in our hands. If your tracking number states your order has been ‘delivered’ but it did not arrive to the shipping address you provided- please contact your local USPS (United States Postal Service) For those who live in multiple resident buildings- be sure to check in with your Office and/or Neighbors.
INCORRECT ORDER/MISSING ITEMS: If you received your order and it is incorrect or items are missing, please contact us right away! We allow up to 3 days to contact us-so we can do our best to resolve the issue! When contacting us please provide the following: Name, Order#, Shipping Address, Email, DETAILED INFO of the issue at hand.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you believe you have received a flawed or damaged item, please contact us right away! Please include a photo of the assumed damage. Notice without photos cannot be accepted. We allow up to 3 days to be notified of the issue. After the allotted time- we will assume the damage has been done after arrival. Notice: Thunderbird Rustic will not knowingly sell a defective/broken item. Mistakes can happen during transit. If you purchased shipping- the items will come with an automatic protected insurance coverage through the USPS (United States Postal Service) We will do our best to resolve the issue with them, and for you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT: Contact us via Instagram/Facebook/Email for Returns. If we accept a return, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery. Shipping fee is responsibility of the buyer. Item must be shipped back to us the NEXT business day and payment will be refunded or store credit will be issued when the item is back in our possession and clear of any of the following: smoke, stains, unwashed, tags still on, makeup or damages.
